Pandemi sürecinde otomotiv değer zinciri için risk yönetimi modeli önerisi

Abstract

COVID-19 ismi verilen virüs, küresel bir salgın boyutunda tüm Dünya’yı etkisi altına aldı ve iş yapış şekillerinin baştan aşağıya değişmesine neden oldu. Fabrikalar kapatıldı, tedarik zincirleri kırıldı, devletler kendi ülkelerinde olağanüstü hal dönemlerinde dahi görülmeyen kısıtlamalara gitti. İnsandan insana bulaşan bu virüs nedeniyle alışveriş merkezleri kapandı ve insanlar ihtiyaçlarını çevrimiçi internet kanallarından karşılama yoluna gitti. Elektronik ortamda satış yapmayan firmalar acilen elektronik satış kanalları devreye sokarken, kargo taşımacılığı bu kadar yoğun hacmi kaldıramadı ve zafiyete düştü. Büyük alışveriş siteleri bu sorunu kökten çözmek için kendi kargo ağlarını kurdu. Dünya tam bir VUCA (Değişken, Belirsiz, Karmaşık, Muğlak) döneminden geçti. Her sektör gibi otomotiv sektörü de bu belirsizlikten etkilendi ve değer zincirinde ön görülemeyen talep dalgalanmaları yaşandı. Bu çalışmada otomotiv değer zinciri incelenmiş, pandemi kaynaklı riskler belirlenmiş, risk değerleme yapılmış ve risk planı önerisinde bulunulmuştur.

Risk management model proposal for automotive value chain during the pandemic process

Abstract

The virus, called COVID-19, has affected the whole world in a global pandemic and caused the way of doing business to change from top to bottom. Factories were closed, supply chains were disrupted, states went to restrictions that were not seen in their own countries even in states of emergency. Due to this virus, which is transmitted from person to person, shopping malls have closed, people have started to consume their needs through online internet channels. While companies that do not use electronic sales platform immediately put electronic sales channels into use, cargo transportation did not manage such a large volume and it is failed. Large shopping sites set up their own cargo networks to solve this problem. The world went through a complete VUCA (Variable, Uncertain, Mixed, Ambiguous) era. Like every other industry, the automotive industry was affected by this uncertainty. We experienced unforeseen fluctuations in demand in the value chain. In this study, the automotive value chain was examined, the risks arising from the pandemic were determined, a risk assessment was made and a risk plan was proposed.
