GRİ AHS VE ARAS-G KULLANIMI İLE BİR RESTORAN İÇİN SEBZE TEDARİKÇİSİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract




Günümüzde,
şirketlerin müşterilerinin isteklerine doğru ve hızlı bir şekilde cevap
verebilmesi, maliyetlerini azaltması ve ürün kalitesini artırması için ürün
veya hizmet tedarikçilerin performanslarını takip etmesi ve değerlendirmesi
artık bir gereksinim haline gelmiştir. Tedarikçi performansının
değerlendirilmesinde, birçok nitel ve nicel kriter dikkate alınmakta ve birden
çok karar vericinin kararları hesaba katılmaktadır. Bundan dolayı, tedarikçi performansını
değerlendirme probleminin çözümünde Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemleri ve
grup karar verme yöntemleri tercih edilmektedir. Bu çalışmada bir restoranın sebze
tedarikçilerinin performansları, Gri Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (Gri AHS) ve Gri
Toplanan Oran Değerlendirmesi (ARAS-G) yöntemlerinin kullanımı ile değerlendirilecektir.
Bu çalışmanın literatüre iki katkısı bulunmaktadır. Öncelikle bu çalışmada
kullanılan iki yöntem ilk kez bir arada kullanılmakta; ikinci olarak, hizmet
sektörü için yapılan tedarikçi performans değerlendirmesi ile ilgili yayınlar
literatürde az sayıda bulunduğundan bu çalışmanın bir diğer katkısı da bu
boşluğu doldurmak olacaktır.
