İnovasyon Odaklı Faaliyetlerin Firma Performansına Etkisinin Veri Zarflama Analizi İle Belirlenmesi; İMKB Üzerine Bir Araştırma
Abstract
Bu çalışmada işletmelerde ürün, hizmet veya süreç odaklı olarak gerçekleştirilen inovasyon ve inovasyon odaklı faaliyetlerin işletme performansı üzerindeki etkileri veri zarflama analizi yöntemiyle belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. İnovasyon odaklı faaliyetlerin temel amacı ürün, hizmet veya süreçlerde yenilikler meydana getirmek ve teknik bilgiler elde ederek bunun işletmenin faaliyetlerine olumlu katkı sağlamasıdır. İMKB’de işlem gören bilişim ve teknoloji sektörü firmalarından 9’u analize tabi tutularak 5’inin etkin seviyede olduğu belirlenmiştir. Sonuçlar ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir.

Determination of Innovation Based Activities on Firm Performance Via Data Envelopment Analysis; A research on ISE
Abstract
In this study effects of innovation and innovation based activities performed focused on product, service and process was tried to found via data envelopment analysis. Basic aim of innovation based activities is making innovation on products, services and processes and making positive attributions on company activities with knowhows. 9 of Istanbul Stock Exchange Technology and Information Index firms were analyzed and 5 of them were determined as efficient.
