Yıl 2014, Cilt: 1 Sayı: 3, 54 - 61, 27.11.2015

Öz

Basınç ülserleri cerrahi girişim uygulanan hastalarda yaygın olarak görülen, yaşam kalitesini olumsuz etkileyen, ağrıya ve ciddi maddi kayıplara yol açan önemli bir sağlık sorunudur. Başta hemşireler olmak üzere ameliyathanede çalışan tüm sağlık profesyonelleri cerrahi girişim uygulanan hastalarda basınç ülseri gelişimine neden olan risk faktörlerini bilmeli ve gerekli önleme girişimlerini uygulamalıdır. Bu makalede cerrahi girişim uygulanan hastalarda basınç ülseri gelişiminde rol oynayan risk faktörleri ve önlemeye yönelik uygulamalar gözden geçirilmiştir.

Anahtar Kelimeler: Basınç ülserleri, basınç ülserleri risk faktörleri, basınç ülserini önleme, cerrahi girişim, hemşirelik
