KONUT ELEKTRİK TÜKETİMİNDE GERİBİLDİRİM ETKİSİNİN DENEYSEL ANALİZİ: KOCAELİ ÖRNEĞİ

Öz

Özet
Hanehalkı enerji tüketimi, küresel birincil enerji talebinin neredeyse üçte birini oluşturmakta ve çevreyi önemli ölçüde etkilemektedir. Bu haliyle, enerji tasarrufu, enerji yoksulluğu ve enerji verimliliği dahil olmak üzere hane tüketiminin çeşitli yönlerini analiz eden bir dizi çalışma ile literatürde klasik ve ilgi çekici bir tema olarak hizmet etmektedir. Ancak ev enerjisi, satın alınan ve daha sonra kullanılmak üzere depolanan bir meta türü değildir; tüketicilerinin çoğu için görünmezdir, bu nedenle akıllı ölçüm teknolojileri tüketicilere 'enerjiyi görünür kılmak ve tüketilen miktar üzerinde düşünmeye teşvik etmek için tanıtılmaktadır. Bu çabalar, hane enerji tüketimini azaltmak için tüketici geri bildirimleri hakkında geniş bir literatürün ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Bu çalışmada geribildirimin hanehalkı elektrik tüketim miktarı üzerindeki etkisini ölçmek amacıyla Kocaeli’nde belirlenen bir semtte saha deneyi yapılmıştır. 63 haneyi kapsayan deney 12 Aralık-6 Mart arasında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deney süresince tüketim verileri haftalık olarak kayıt altına alınmış ve ANCOVA analizi ile test edilmiştir. Deney sonuçları geribildirim etkisinin hanehalkı elektrik tüketimi üzerinde azaltıcı bir etkisi olduğunu göstermiştir.
