A COMPARISON ABOUT EUDAIMONIC WELLBEING in AUTHENTIC and SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP

Öz

İlgili mutluluk literatüründen esinlenilen bu makalede, insani gelişmenin daha nesnel, kapsayıcı, derin ve ahlaki olarak geçerli anlayışı olan ödönomik refah, otantik liderlik ve manevi liderlik perspektifleri ile tartışılmıştır. Bu liderlik perspektiflerinin temel varsayımlarını açıklayarak, iyilik haline ve özellikle ödönomik iyilik haline ilişkin yaklaşımları arasında bir ayrım olup olmadığını açıklığa kavuşturmak amaçlanmaktadır. Bu niyetle, her şeyden önce, hedonik ve ödönomik refah kavramları açıklığa kavuşturulmuştur. Daha sonra, otantik liderlik ile manevi liderliğin ödönomik refahla ilişkisi ayrıntılı bir şekilde detaylandırılmıştır. Bu çalışma refah çalışmalarını bir adım daha ileri götürmekte ve ruhani liderliğin ödönomik ve otantik liderlik yaratmadaki önemini ortaya koymaktadır.
