TÜRKİYE’DEKİ İLLERİN İŞ KAZALARI VE MESLEK HASTALIKLARI AÇISINDAN VERİ ZARFLAMA ANALİZİ İLE DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ
Abstract
Türkiye’deki illerin iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıkları açısından etkinliklerinin değerlendirilmesi, Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu (SGK) kurumu tarafından yayımlanan erişilebilir en güncel yıllık verilerden hareketle, Veri Zarflama Analizi (VZA) yöntemi yardımı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışan sigortalı sayısı girdi olarak tanımlanırken, iş kazasından kaynaklanan ölüm, malul çalışan sayısı, hak sahibi sayısı, geçici iş göremezlik süresi (gün) ve hastanede yatarak geçen süre (gün), azaltılması hedeflenen istenmeyen çıktılar olarak tanımlanmıştır. İllerdeki işletme sayısı başına düşen Çalışma ve Sosyal Güvenlik Bakanlığı (ÇSGB) veri tabanına kayıtlı iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uzman ve iş yeri hekimi ve iş yeri hemşiresi sayıları ise arttırılması hedeflenen çıktı değişkenleri olarak tanımlanmıştır. Değerlendirme sonucunda iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıkları açısından etkin iller belirlenmiş, etkin olmayan iller için alınabilecek önlemler üzerine yorumlar yapılmıştır.
