İNSAN KAYNAKLARI YÖNETİMİ BAĞLAMINDA ENDÜSTRİ 4.0: BİR YAZIN ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract

Yazında genel itibarı
ile teknolojik yönü ile ele alınan Endüstri 4.0 konusu, insan ve hizmet
kavramlarını göz ardı eden çalışmalarla ele alınmaktadır. Bu eksiklik saikı ile
çalışmanın amacı, Endüstri 4.0 kavramını insan kaynakları bağlamında ele almak
ve bu minvalde yapılan çalışmalara göz atmak olarak kurgulanmıştır. Nitekim
çalışmanın sonuçları arasında Endüstri 4.0 konusunun teknik (mühendislik),
İKY 4.0 konusunun ise yetenek, yönetici
yaklaşımları, insan kaynakları teknolojileri, işlevleri ve pozisyonları
bağlamında çalışıldığı
yer almaktadır. Çalışmanın endüstriyel ve akademik camiaya farkındalık sağlaması
ve gelecekte yapılacak çalışmalarda Endüstri 4.0 konusunun insan unsuru ile
birlikte ele alınması yönünde cesaret sağlayacağı ümit edilmektedir.
