Similarity/Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts submitted to the  Suleyman Demirel University Journal of Human Resources Management are checked for similarity by the Editorial Board.

Articles with a similarity rate exceeding 20% are not included in the evaluation process and are sent back to the author(s).

While obtaining the similarity report, bibliographic materials are excluded from the similarity index, citations and matches are included in the similarity index, and the source exclusion threshold is set as 5 words.

The Editorial Board can check similarity in all processes of the article.

In the event that any source is quoted in the articles without taking into account the similarity rate and the relevant source is not cited and/or similarity is encountered in blocks, the relevant study is returned to the author by the Editorial Board without being taken into the evaluation process.
