Psychologist (Occupational Health Psychologist)
Managing the effects of working conditions (job design, workload, risky work, employee-management relations, corporate culture, work-life balance, etc.) on employee well-being, prevents work accidents and psychological-origin occupational diseases / psychological problems within the working climate. I have experienced the importance and functioning of happiness in terms of sustainability, keeping employee loyalty and belonging strong.
From a multidisciplinary perspective, I advocate the dynamic interaction of occupational health psychology with occupational health and safety and human resources units. “Human worth is worthwhileness. I continued my business activities in many industrial fields (construction, security, parking lot, aviation, cleaning, food) with the view that protecting value and ensuring mental, physical and social well-being should be a goal.
- Psychological counseling services in order to strengthen the well-being of the employee in the workplace,
-Psychological evaluation (psychological testing and clinical psychological evaluation) services in employment and in-house assignments,
-Managing the psychological test processes before the training and development processes within the institution,
-Psychoeducational activities to increase employee psychological awareness,
- Counseling services for the management of psychosocial risks (workload, communication conflict, role ambiguity, etc.) in the workplace and psychosocial risk assessment are my main fields of work.
