Tedarik Zinciri Elemanları Arasında Güven İlişkisi, Etik Kurallar Ve Bilgi Paylaşımının Tedarik Zinciri Performansı Üzerine Etkisi

Nihai
müşteriye, doğru ürünün, doğru yerde, doğru zamanda, doğru fiyata tüm zincir elemanları
açısından mümkün olan en düşük maliyetle ulaşmasını sağlayan malzeme, bilgi ve
para akışının yönetimi olan Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi, rekabetçi avantajdan
faydalanmak isteyen işletmeler için büyük önem arz etmektedir. Tedarikçiler ve
diğer stratejik ortaklarla yakın ve uzun vadeli ilişki kurabilme yeteneği,
firmalar açısından önemli bir hal almıştır. 
Bu ilişki sayesinde ortak bir fayda anlayışında buluşan işletmeler,
maliyet, kalite, hız ve cevap verebilirlik gibi rekabet öncelikleri açısından
büyük avantaj elde etmektedir. Bu yakın ilişkinin kurulabilmesi ve takiben
zincir performansını etkilemesi bakımından işletmeler arası güven ve bilgi
paylaşımı büyük önem taşımaktadır.  Bahsi
geçen bu unsurlardan herhangi birinin yokluğu, beklenen zincir performansını
olumsuz yönde etkileyecektir.  Bu
bağlamda çalışmada, tedarik zinciri elemanlarının güven ilişkisi, etik kurallar
ve bilgi paylaşımının tedarik zinciri performansı üzerindeki etkilerini ortaya
çıkarmak amacıyla Gaziantep ilinde çeşitli sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren üretim
işletmelerinden elde edilen veriler kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler
“Korelasyon” ve “Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli” analizleri yapılarak
değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda bilgi paylaşımı ile tedarik
zinciri performansı arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna
ulaşılmıştır.
