Örgütsel Başarısızlığa Etkili Olan Yönetsel Yetersizliklerin Bulanık AHP Yöntemi ile Değerlendirilmesi

Öz

Örgütlerde faaliyetler bireyler aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilirler. Bir kez işler ters gittiğinde örgüt ile çıkar ilişkisinde bulunan tüm gruplar suçlayacak birilerini bulmaya yöneleceklerdir. Örgütün başarısızlığına neden olan etkenlerin nereden ve nasıl kaynaklandıklarına bakılmaksızın, örgüt yönetiminin tüm süreçten sorumlu tutulacağı gerçeği unutulmamalıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, günümüz çalkantılı iş dünyasında örgütlerin varlıklarını sürdürebilmeleri açısından yöneticilerin yönetsel faaliyetlerini yerine getirirken hangi unsurlara dikkat etmeleri gerektiğine dair bir sıralama oluşturmaktır. Çalışmada örgüt literatürü doğrultusunda yönetsel etkenlerin örgüt başarısızlığı üzerindeki etki sıralaması bulanık AHP yöntemiyle belirlenmeye çalışılmış, teori ve pratiğe yönelik çıkarımlar tartışılarak gelecekteki araştırmalara yönelik bir ajanda ortaya konulmuştur.

Evaluation of Managerial Incompetencies that Affecting Organizational Failure Via Fuzzy AHP

Öz

In organizations, activities are carried out through individuals. Once things go wrong, all groups that have a relationsip of interest with the organization will tend to find someone to blame. It should not be ignored that the organization management will be held responsible for the entire process of failure, regardless of where and how the factors caused. This study aims to create a ranking of what factors manager should pay attention to while performing their managerial activities in order for organizations to survive in today's turbulent business world. In the study, an attempt will be made to determine the organizational, literature-based ranking of managerial factors on organizational failure by fuzzy AHP method. Conclusions about theory and practice will be discussed and develop an agenda for future research
